During her work across multiple organizations, Dr. Washington noticed recurring patterns: outdated or under‑utilized systems, gaps in data management, and processes that created barriers rather than solutions. At the same time, she encountered students struggling to secure internships and jobs, and professionals uncertain about how to shift careers or communicate their strengths. With more than two decades of experience guiding teams, optimizing systems, and mentoring individuals, she knew it was time to streamline her impact and build something designed to empower at scale.

She has helped shape critical conversations in web accessibility and human–computer interaction, guiding organizations to fully include individuals with disabilities within their customer and donor communities. Through her data-driven approach, she empowers organizations to uncover meaningful insights that attract new supporters, strengthen existing relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth. She also works with individuals to build personal data portfolios, coaching them through strategic adjustments that help them reach their next life or career goal.
